OTOPENI COMPLEX

The Otopeni Complex in Otopeni, Romania, was executed in the same way as the Forest 15 complex. It contains six houses connected two by two by GF + 1 + At. The landscaping is characterized by the private road created inside, with the access gate, the houses having the courtyards and the parking spaces open to the street.

The roof is framed. The structure system used is one made of reinforced concrete, with piles and structural slab. The part used for these homes is simple, minimal, but functional and ergonomic. The ground floor has the following functions: kitchen, dining area, access hall, technical space, bathroom, living room and terrace. The first floor has the following functions: two bedrooms, bathroom, master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, a terrace and a balcony, and the attic has an open space living roomand a bathroom.

The position of the staircase, the small dimensions of the horizontal circulations and the positioning of the functions in relation to the structure, helped us toobtain an efficient and functional architectural part, for this size of houses.
