The project consists in the redesigning of a penthouse in Bucharest and the extension of the second level with a light metal structure. The proposal must take into account at the same time the arrangement of the neighbor's apartment.
The first level has the following functions: access hall, bathroom, pantry, living room, dining area,twoguest bedrooms / officeswith a bathroom, master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room,junior's bedroom with bathroom, playgroundarea, bar /winery area, readingarea, office and a perimeter terrace. The second level consists of: dining area,twocouch lounges, kitchen, bathroom, a normal terrace and a green terrace.
