This workplace design was developed as a dynamic and people-oriented environment, centered around collaboration, flexibility and agile ways of working. Inspired by the company’s brand identity, the concept translates the chromatic guidelines into a vibrant spatial experience, where color, transparency and greenery become defining elements of the office atmosphere.

The project moves away from the traditional corporate office model and instead creates a more informal, energetic and highly interactive workspace. The layout prioritizes collaborative and multifunctional areas, encouraging spontaneous interaction, teamwork and adaptability throughout the working day. From agile meeting zones and brainstorming areas to lounge spaces, social hubs and informal work settings, the office is designed to support different work styles and team dynamics.

Color plays a fundamental role in shaping the identity of the space. Strong accents inspired directly from the company’s brand palette — vibrant magenta, lime green, yellow and blue — are integrated strategically throughout the office, creating visual landmarks, energizing the environment and reinforcing the brand presence in a contemporary and playful way. These bold tones are balanced by neutral backgrounds, natural wood textures and soft grey finishes, ensuring a coherent and comfortable working atmosphere.

Vegetation is another key component of the concept, bringing freshness and a biophilic character into the workspace. Hanging plants, integrated greenery structures and planters soften the technical office environment and create a more relaxed and human-centered experience. The extensive use of greenery contributes not only aesthetically, but also to wellbeing, comfort and the overall quality of the workspace.

Transparency and openness were essential principles in the design approach. Glass partitions with graphic patterns maintain visual connectivity between teams and departments while still providing varying levels of privacy. This creates an office environment that feels open, connected and collaborative, while preserving functionality and acoustic comfort.

The collaborative zones are designed as active social spaces rather than conventional meeting areas. Informal seating, flexible furniture arrangements, writable surfaces and multifunctional layouts allow teams to easily adapt the space for workshops, brainstorming sessions, quick meetings or individual focus work. The office encourages movement, interaction and fluid transitions between different activities throughout the day.

The cafeteria and breakout areas become important social anchors within the project. Designed with warm materials, vivid furniture and abundant greenery, these spaces foster community, informal communication and moments of relaxation. The atmosphere intentionally blurs the boundary between hospitality and workplace design, creating a more welcoming and engaging daily experience for employees.

The reception and lounge areas reinforce the company identity through strong visual branding elements combined with contemporary design solutions. Clean lines, graphic details and colorful accents create a memorable first impression while maintaining a friendly and approachable atmosphere.

Overall, the project reflects a contemporary vision of the workplace — flexible, collaborative and experience-driven — where design supports communication, creativity and wellbeing, while naturally integrating the company’s visual identity into every layer of the space.
