RESIDENTIAL BUILDING LOBBY

The lobby design proposes a premium residential experience built around the idea of fluidity and spatial continuity. From the very first interaction, the space conveys an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, where every element contributes to a sophisticated, contemporary, and memorable identity.

The central feature of the concept is the sculptural ceiling intervention — flowing metal elements shaped into organic forms that create the impression of continuous movement, almost liquid in nature. These undulating volumes define the identity of the space and transform circulation areas into a unique visual experience, distinct from conventional residential lobbies. The interplay of curves and layered surfaces is enhanced by decorative suspended lighting and large-scale glass installations, adding depth and an almost artistic character to the interior.

The color palette is composed of warm, neutral, and light tones — shades of ivory, cream, champagne, and soft beige — carefully selected to amplify the feeling of comfort and refinement. Subtle golden accents integrated into profiles, lighting fixtures, metallic details, and elevator finishes reinforce the luxury image of the space without becoming excessive.

Materials were carefully selected to support the premium character of the design: elegant natural-look flooring, refined mineral wall finishes, organically shaped furniture pieces, and soft-touch textiles, all integrated into a cohesive and sophisticated composition. Ambient indirect lighting highlights the sculptural volumes and creates a calm, exclusive, and relaxing atmosphere.

The reception and lounge areas were designed as extensions of a luxury hospitality experience, offering residents and visitors an elegant, comfortable, and representative environment. The entire concept aims to transform the lobby into a signature space of the building — a space with its own identity, where design, materiality, and light come together to create an authentic premium residential experience.
