The interior design reflects the identity of a company focused on sustainability and material recycling, translating the principles of the circular economy into a contemporary, welcoming, and functional workspace. The concept integrates recyclable materials and direct references to reuse and transformation processes, creating an authentic and recognizable working environment.

The design is built around the relationship between nature, technology, and sustainability, expressed through a warm and approachable architectural language that combines natural materials, recycled textures, and color accents inspired by the company’s brand identity.

The color palette features shades of green, beige, and terracotta, evoking a connection to nature and regeneration processes, complemented by warm wood finishes and decorative lighting with an organic expression. The overall atmosphere is bright, fresh, and relaxed, intended to convey transparency, responsibility, and innovation.

A strong focus was placed on integrating sustainable and recyclable materials directly into the spatial concept:

• Decorative panels and partitions inspired by the texture and transparency of recycled glass
• Finishes and textures reminiscent of cardboard and reused composite materials
• Furniture and decorative elements made from wood and recyclable materials
• Graphic details and installations subtly referencing the company’s field of activity.

Transparent partitions and suspended decorative elements create dynamic plays of light and texture, adding depth and visual identity to the space. Large glazed surfaces allow natural light to penetrate deep into the interior while maintaining a continuous visual connection between workspaces and collaborative areas.

The layout includes a variety of functions adapted to contemporary ways of working:

• Efficient and ergonomic open-space workstations
• Informal collaboration and meeting areas
• Lounge and waiting spaces naturally integrated into the office flow
• Meeting rooms and quick discussion areas
• Hospitality and social spaces for employees and visitors.

The exposed technical installations and open ceiling are treated in a controlled and contemporary manner, contributing to the subtle industrial character of the project while maintaining a high level of comfort for users.

Integrated greenery plays an important role within the concept, reinforcing the sustainable direction of the project and contributing to a healthier and more relaxing working environment.

The result is a contemporary and memorable office space that reflects the values of a recycling-focused company through an authentic, sustainable, and people-oriented design approach, transforming industry-specific materials and processes into a warm and modern architectural experience.
