The proposed concept solution is defined by its sense of “friendliness” and openness towards employees, who — regardless of their working style, whether daily office presence, hybrid, or even work from home — will always find “at the office” a pleasant environment, shaped by warm, harmonious and welcoming tones, with finishes and textures that feel as natural as possible.

The Emag brand identity is envisioned as a strong presence within the reception area and all spaces addressing external visitors, through the integration of two curved digital walls with integrated screens, capable of displaying any image, logo or color palette. These elements are designed to communicate the strong and recognizable Emag brand identity, or that of any company within the group.

Across all studied floors, we proposed an open-plan layout with flexible furniture arrangements, separated through glass partitions in order to maintain transparency between functions, alongside various functional separation elements that enhance acoustic comfort: divider panels, curtains and soft separators. Interwoven between the work areas, a series of informal spaces were integrated, intended to provide areas for relaxation, interaction and team connection.

All these elements contribute to creating a comfortable, fresh and friendly working environment, capable of accommodating local branding insertions depending on the destination of each space, without causing chromatic interference between the different brand identities.
