LAKE 15

CONCEPT DESIGN THEME -

Lake 15 Complex was build in the same way as the Forest 15 complex, only it contains three house blades. The landscaping is still characterized by the private road created inside, with the access gate, the houses have thecourtyards and the parking spaces open to the street, being separated only by the hedge.

The structure system used is one made of reinforced concrete, with piles and structural slab. The part used for these homes is simple, minimal, but functional and ergonomic. The ground floor has the following functions: kitchen, dining area, access hall, technical space, bathroom and living room. The floor has the following functions: two bedrooms, bathroom, master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room.

The position of the staircase, the small dimensions of the horizontal circulations and the positioning of the functions in relation to the structure, helped us to obtain an efficient and functional architectural part, for this size of houses.

For this complex, another variant was made, in the feasibility phase, which contained collective housing,GF+ 2 blocks.
