FRASINI COMPLEX is a small complex, formed by six housing units, coupled two by two, which shapes a typical housing unit. Our proposal consisted of using the same house plan design for every coupled house, but moved up in relation with the corresponding coupled house. This way, the volume of the houses creates a diverse rhythm towards the access street, obtained by the same pitched roof of two coupled houses.
The design plans of each house are minimal, functional and ergonomical. The ground floor contains the following functions: kitchen, dining-room, access hallway, technical space, bathroom and living room. The up stairs level contains the following: two bedrooms, bathroom, master-bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room.
