When you contact us through the form on this website, your personal data is processed by INFINITY DESIGN OFFICE SRL, registered office at I.C. Brătianu St. no. 15C, Chitila, Ilfov County, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J23/6112/2020, VAT no. RO43455391 (the "controller").

Data we collect: name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of the message sent through the form.

Purpose: to receive your enquiry and respond to your question or request.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us and responding to their enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing (see "Your rights").

Retention: the data is kept for 12 months from the resolution of your enquiry, after which it is deleted.

Who we share data with: to deliver the message we use Microsoft Azure Communication Services, acting as a processor under a data processing agreement. For spam protection we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data (including IP address) solely to detect automated traffic, based on our legitimate interest in security. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA: our providers (Microsoft, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on appropriate safeguards (EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and/or EU Data Boundary mechanisms).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise them, write to contact@infinitydesignoffice.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Automated decisions: we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
